The 2019 NC Cotton Field Day is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2019, and will be held at the Upper Coastal Plains Research Station in Rocky Mount (2811 Nobles Mill Pond Road, Rocky Mount NC, 27801). This field day, which is held every other year, is a large event that includes all involved in the NC cotton industry. This field day will showcase the latest cotton research from NC State University cotton research and extension faculty and will cover a broad array of disciplines, including agronomics, weed science, engineering, cotton diseases, insect management, tillage, etc.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The official welcome will begin at 12:30 p.m. followed shortly by field tours from 1:15 until 4:30 p.m. At 4:45 p.m., attendees will hear closing remarks, and ice cream will be served.

This event has been very well attended in the past, and we expect another large crowd this year. Mark your calendars for September 19, and we hope to see you there. Please see the final program below.
