NC State research conference spotlights global sustainability

WHAT:
The N.C. Agricultural and Life Sciences Research Foundation at North Carolina State University will host “Stewards of the Future: Research for Global Sustainability.” The day-long conference will focus on the importance of research in addressing society's challenges, particularly within the context of global sustainability.

Highlights include keynote addresses by Greenpeace founder Patrick Moore and Bayer CEO Pascal Housset, as well as panel discussions with university and industry leaders, an Innovation Fair showcasing examples of and opportunities for research collaboration and ample time for networking. The event is free and open to the public; registration is required. Media coverage is welcome.
