The sign-up period for the USDA’s Wildfire and Hurricane Indemnity Program Plus (WHIP +) disaster assistance is now open. Farmers with losses from Hurricanes Florence, Michael and Dorian may be eligible. They should contact their local Farm Service Agency offices to apply.
