N.C. State University, along with N.C. Choices, and Colfax Creek Farm, will host a pastured pork workshop on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Colfax Creek Farm in Bostic, N.C. The workshop will cover topics related to using alternative feed sources, farrowing and finishing, and genetic strategies to maximize profit.  The workshop will begin at 9:30am and end by 3:00pm.
