Winston-Salem City Council approved a $300,000 incentive package on Monday night to try to lure Renfro, the sock maker that plans to move its corporate headquarters out of Mt. Airy. Forsyth County commissioners will vote on offering the company an additional $146,250 at its meeting on Thursday. The meeting begins at 2 p.m. at the Forsyth County Government Center at 201 N. Chestnut St.
