One of the Triad Business Journal’s Fast 50 companies is running in even faster company. High Point-based Creative Snacks announced Monday that it has been acquired by KIND Healthy Snacks, which is headquartered in New York City. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Like Creative Snacks, KIND is a privately held company. Founded in 2009 by Hilary and Marius Anderson, Creative Snacks was built on a commitment to create better snacks. With 201 employees, the company reported $55 million in revenues in 2018.
