The nuts and bolts of yet another North Carolina redistricting will start getting laid out Tuesday when legislative leaders huddle on the state's court-challenged congressional maps. House and Senate leadership announced the committee late Monday, appointing the usual suspects to oversee the process. The interim committee on redistricting plans to meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Room 544 of the Legislative Office Building.
