Undergraduate students in the NC State College of Education will have an opportunity to minor in environmental education for the first time this spring thanks to a collaboration with the NC State College of Natural Resources. The College of Education’s Department of STEM Education partnered with the College of Natural Resources’ Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management to offer the environmental education minor to students interested in building environmental literacy among K-12 students as well as adult learners.
