When a customer calls Terry’s Hardware seeking a ballast for a fluorescent light bulb, Bobby Terry can instantly recall the item they bought last week and is able to locate the product in question on his shelves. Terry has worked in a hardware store on South Commerce Street in Aulander for 45 years.
