The Pritchard Street plant of MAS Acme is closing, impacting some 124 employees, according to a press release by MAS US Holdings. The text of the release issued Monday states: “MAS US Holdings, Inc., will close its manufacturing facility located at 601 E. Pritchard St., Asheboro, North Carolina. It is anticipated that operations will cease as of Jan. 31, 2020, and the facility will be closed as of March 31, 2020. Its other locations across North Carolina are not impacted.
