Rural North Carolina county headed for broadband internet

 High-speed Internet is on its way to underserved rural areas of southern Nash County, N.C., according to the tech company contracted to provide broadband service. So far 400 residents have filled out surveys saying they’re interested. County staff is working to create a list of government buildings, health care facilities, schools and farms that need broadband. “We want to say yes to people instead of saying no,” said Chris Utesch, business developer for CloudWyze.
