The body of a second fisherman who disappeared after their boat capsized on the North Carolina coast has been recovered, authorities said Thursday. The Hyde County Sheriff's Office said the body of Sammy Douglas was recovered on Tuesday after it was discovered by a state Department of Transportation ferry, news sources reported.
