Farmers in Onslow County have had their ups and downs over the last several years, but on Thursday they were given the night to celebrate their success. The Onslow County Cooperative Extension hosted their annual agriculture banquet located at the Onslow County Government center at 234 NW Corridor in Jacksonville. Surrounded by a red cluster of flowers resembling a barn, and several miniature toy cows at every table, 130 farmers and their families enjoyed food, fellowship, and the award portion of the event.
