 In the face of sudden and dramatic changes brought on by the threat of COVID-19, vendors, farmers and small business owners are getting creative in how they sell their products and safely meet customer needs. Foothills Farmers Market Manager Carol Maxwell said the grand opening of the Foothills Farmers’ Market has been postponed until at least April 5, if not longer.
