Thousands of businesses across North Carolina have shut down during the coronavirus pandemic, and families statewide are required to stay at home as much as possible to curb the spread of the virus. So, when can everyone return to normal programming? "The new normal is not going to be the same as the old normal," said Mark McClellan, director of the Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University who served as commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration during the SARS outbreak in 2003.
