As consumer demand for local food increases during this crisis, so does the need for farmers to be working together. NC Cooperative Extension's Local Food Program Team is putting together two webinars, each focused on how local farmers are working together to meet this growing call for local food. In order to avoid Zoombombing, registration will now be required for you to attend the webinars described below. Please register here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeqL3x0XvVimhxbrs7cDgip6udHqSpP45H4FOvHZeO-871FHw/viewform. You will be given a password upon registration. WEBINAR 1 The first webinar, to be held on April 27, from 7 to 8:30 pm, will highlight collaborative efforts of farmers that are not tied to a food hub. Panelists will include representatives of Vacationer Supported Agriculture, Piedmont Progressive Farmers Group, and Carolina Common Enterprise.
