"I have pain everywhere. Everything hurts. I can barely breathe," said an employee from Pilgrim's Pride in Sanford who tested positive for COVID-19. With a weakened immune system from Lupus and high-risk health conditions like asthma and high blood pressure, she considers it a fight for her life. Her job? Packing the 40 lb. boxes of bulk chicken.
