The "Employee Free Choice Act" (EFCA) is a bill in Congress that will take away the secret ballot in union elections. Worse still, it provides for a panel of arbitrators to decide the terms of a "contract" between an employer and its employees unless a complete agreement on all terms is reached in 120 days of bargaining!

Show your concern about this bill by attending one or both of the public events/press conferences listed below to bring attention to its effects. Members of the N.C. Congressional Delegation will be the featured speakers. Rep. Coble and Senator Burr are outspoken critics of this Act and we need to show them support for their positions.
