North Carolina Environmental Management Commission (EMC) will meet remotely May
6 and 7 by teleconference. The Groundwater and Waste Management Committee will
meet Wednesday, May 6, with the full commission meeting Thursday, May 7. The
public is invited to attend the meetings online or by phone. As required
by public meetings law, a listening location is available at the Archdale
Building, 512 N. Salisbury Street in Raleigh in the Ground Floor Hearing Room.
However, based on the current Executive Order to minimize the spread of
COVID-19, the capacity of the room is limited to 10 individuals
and proper social distancing will be observed. It is strongly encouraged that
members of the public access the meeting remotely using the WebEx information
