Tyson Foods announced Wednesday it will give a second $500 bonus to its frontline workers. It will also increase their health benefits and add on-the-job protective measures. The first $500 bonus, announced last month, will be paid in early May. This new $500 bonus will come in July. Tyson announced it will also increase its short-term disability coverage. It will now pay workers 90% of normal pay if they can't work due to illness. That will last until July.
