Rep. Markwayne Mullin is asking the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture to step down, claiming Secretary Sonny Perdue hasn't done enough for farmers and ranchers. "Guys, there's a problem. There's a problem at the head of the Department of Agriculture, and that's why it's time for Secretary Perdue to step down," Mullin said. Mullin, who represents much of southeast and parts of central Oklahoma in the U.S. Congress, asked on Twitter, "The SBA was able to distribute $349 billion to small businesses in 14 days. Why hasn't the USDA given a single dollar to producers yet?"
