North Carolina trade advocacy group releases document with guidelines for Phase 2 reopening

The North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association said that it expects Gov. Cooper to move forward with plans to begin phase two of reopening on Friday. The organization shared interim guidance from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services dated May 22. In an email to NCRLA members, the organization's president & CEO Lynn Minges said she expect governor Cooper to announce plans to begin phase two on Wednesday.
