NC breweries, wineries, distilleries are permitted to reopen under Phase 2

Breweries, wineries and distilleries were allowed to open at 5 p.m. May 22 in accordance with new guidance issued by Gov. Roy Cooper’s office. Cooper announced May 20 his Executive Order No. 141, which launched Phase 2 of reopening North Carolina. Restaurants, salons, massage therapists and daycares can now offer services, while businesses including bars, nightclubs, gyms and entertainment venues will have to remain closed for now.
