Northwest Land & Cattle exclusively sells beef boxes, mostly through a monthly subscription, giving customers direct access to the local farmer that raises the cattle. Dry-aged and pasture-raised, the beef boxes differ from month-to-month and are delivered at customer’s doorsteps, with the family name printed on an eartag.
