Webinar 1: Deep Dive into the new United States - Mexico - Canada Agreement (UMSCA)

The updated agreement provides rules of origin similar to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and fairer labor conditions and new e-commerce and environmental terms. The webinar will review new chapters that were not part of NAFTA and attendees will better understand the new certificate of origin requirements, updated preference criteria, and the increase in the de minimus amount.
