The Triangle region is a hotspot for the local food movement. From Raleigh to Durham to Chapel Hill, farmers markets are filled with local growers sharing their fruits, vegetables and freshly harvested goods — and residents are flocking at the chance to support the economy and knock out their grocery list. Roughly a hundred miles east of the Triangle, Washington, N.C., is also starting to get a taste for the local food movement.
