GENERAL INFO
:The Flavors of Carolina program began in 1986, and has showcased North Carolina companies up and down the East Coast. The Charlotte show is the most important show of the year, with the Charlotte metro area representing the largest collection of food manufacturers and the largest collection of food buyers in the region.

This is an excellent media event to cover both food production and food buying in North Carolina, and see how buyers are linking with N.C. companies on an increasing basis to satisfy demands for local foods.
