Hey y’all, I am Mikayla Graham, the new Field Crops Extension Agent here in Union County. I started my experience with agriculture early, growing up on a small farm in Rowan County that raises angus cattle, soybeans and wheat. I graduated from NC State University this year with a major in Crop and Soil Sciences and a minor in Agricultural Business Management. I loved being a part of the Wolfpack and it helped me prepare for becoming an extension agent.
