 Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler announced Tuesday that the Mountain State Fair is canceled this year due to concerns about the coronavirus. Officials say the decision was made for the safety of staff and visitors. Troxler also added during Tuesday's press conference that the fair has a strict operating budget that needed to be considered.
