Mary: I’m Mary Walden with economist MW welcoming you to the economic perspective. Today’s program asks if the economy really dropped by one-third. Mike, there was a shocking report recently issued by the federal government. The report stated the economy shrank by one-third during the second quarter. That just seems amazing to me. Are there some qualifiers that we should be aware of?
