North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper is expected to make changes in regard to Phase 2 of reopening North Carolina. The governor is expected to announce on Tuesday the next steps on easing restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gyms in North Carolina have sent out information to its members and the public about reopening on Tuesday, Sept. 1, in accordance with Executive Order 141.
