The president's daughter Ivanka Trump made an appearance in Raleigh on Thursday afternoon, visiting the State Farmers Market to participate in a Farmers to Families Food Box distribution event. The event was organized by the USDA to highlight their Farmers to Families program. However, as is often the case as election day draws nearer, it also served as a campaign stop for President Trump and other Republican candidates.
