Censky to leave USDA, return to ASA

USDA Deputy Secretary Steve Censky will leave the agency in November to return to his previous job as CEO of the American Soybean Association (ASA), USDA announced in a press release Friday. Censky served as CEO of the soy advocacy group for 21 years before departing in 2017 to take the No. 2 position at USDA. He replaces Ryan Findley who left ASA in June. Censky plans to leave USDA Nov. 8 and resume his position at ASA the following day.
