WHO/WHAT: The Raleigh Flavors of Carolina food show is a venue for 69 North Carolina-based food manufacturers to sample and pitch their products directly to grocery, restaurant, school, hospital and prison foodservice buyers. Companies will feature a variety of products, such as country ham, snack crackers, hot dogs, fresh produce, barbeque sauce, fine wine and more. Producers hope to show buyers that it's "Got to Be NC" and end the evening with contracts for their products.
The Flavors of Carolina Show is the only event that brings N.C. food companies and producers face-to-face with buyers from the retail and food service industries. This is an invitation-only event for food buyers in the retail, foodservice and gourmet food industries. The media is also invited.
