Several web seminars focus on traceability in the wake of the Food and Drug Administration’s proposed traceability rules. The FDA released its plan on Sept. 21, and it will be open for a public comment period until Jan. 21. On Sept. 30, iFoodDecisionSciences (iFoodDS) has a web seminar on how effective traceability can enhance sales and become a source of profit, according to a news release.
