We at the NC State University Plant Disease and Insect Clinic are very excited to roll out our new website here on the NC State Extension Portal!

What’s new:

• We’ve broken up the pages on how to submit samples based on the situation where the problem is occurring.
• We’ve updated our print form for those who fill it out by hand.
  (Please destroy stocks of older versions!)
• We’ve added pages for monthly BOLOs (Be On the LookOuts)
• We’ve added a page with related, useful links.
• Very soon we will be accepting credit cards for paying general clinic sample fees. We’ll send out an announcement when the store is open.
