When next-generation consumers buy groceries — whether in the grocery store or online — they focus on convenience and social values. Ken Dallmier (left) says it is this change in mindset farmers need to realize when they start making plans for the future of their operation. Dallmier, president of Clarkson Grain Co. of Illinois, shared his thoughts on what millennials will be demanding from farmers in the future during the Farm Progress Virtual Experience.
