Like many farmers and business owners in general, Nicole DelCogliano of Green Toe Ground had to shift gears when the pandemic hit. She and her husband Gaelan Corozine had outgrown their Yancey County farmers markets, for years trucking most of their produce to Asheville where local chefs bought boutique vegetables to highlight on seasonal menus.
