Greenhouse vegetable training for Extension agents in the Southeast

Tennessee and North Carolina are teaming up to host a special Greenhouse Vegetable Agent Training and all are welcome! It’s open to any agent in the Southeastern United States, so please feel free to share this invitation with them.

This training is geared toward cooperative extension agents working with growers in greenhouse vegetable production. It’s a follow-up training event from last year’s wildly successful GH Veggies 1.0 held last year at NC State.

WHEN The dates for this year’s training are December 3 and December 4th, from 1-4 p.m. each day. We’ll be meeting via Zoom. 

FEATURING We’re featuring speakers from NC State, UTK, and UK, with topics ranging from environmental monitoring and LED lighting to herb and microgreen production.
