Few in agriculture have the insight into how a Joe Biden Administration will view ag as Michael Scuse, the longtime Delaware Secretary of Agriculture. Secretary Scuse worked hand-in-hand with then Senator Biden in their home state, then Scuse followed Biden to Washington serving as USDA under secretary and eventually acting secretary in the Obama Administration before returning to the Delaware Department of Agriculture in 2016.
