NCDA&CS sponsoring a virtual, FREE ServSafe Food Handler training course-register by Jan. 15

NCDA&CS will be sponsoring a virtual ServSafe Food Handler training course on Friday, Jan. 22. The training will be facilitated by Jane Broden, founder of Broden e-Solutions and Training.

The course will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a lunch break, and will cover Basic Food Safety; Personal Hygiene; Cross-Contamination and Allergens; Time and Temperature; and Cleaning and Sanitation.

There is no fee for the training and the ServSafe Food Handler Guide 6th Edition will be provided and mailed to participants in advance of the class. Class size is limited to 35 participants.

Attendees can register online through Jan. 15.
