North Carolina's two deep water ports have been steadily growing to service the needs of our agriculturally based state over the past few years. With new tariffs and the the COVID pandemic that hit in 2020, growth plans for both the port and agribusinesses in North Carolina were put on pause. As trade negotiations continue with China, our agribusinesses are looking to new South Asia markets that will allow their businesses to grow in the future. #NCAgExports #NCPorts #NCForestry
