margin-left:0in;background:white'>Because we know how important it is to stay up to date with food safety practices and learn about new resources and tips for implementing practices at your farm. Join us for this weekly 3-part series as we discuss the Produce Safety Rule.

This is not a Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) required training, this is a refresher workshop for anyone who has taken a PSA training in the past and needs to comply with the PSR.

Workshop will be offered via Zoom from 2–4 p.m. on the day listed. Links to connect will be provided after registration is complete.

Week 1 – March 4, 2021

Topics to be covered:

  • Requirements for produce farms under the PSR
  • Health, hygiene, and training requirements

Deadline to register: March 3, 2021

Week 2 – March 11, 2021

Topics to be covered:

  • Wildlife & domesticated animals around produce
  • Using soil amendments
  • Water used during the growing season

Deadline to register: March 10, 2021

Week 3 – March 18, 2021

Topics to be covered:

  • Water used in post-harvest operations
  • Post-harvest handling and sanitation

Deadline to register: March 17, 2021

Attendance is free but preregistration is required via Eventbrite before the workshop.
