Azalea Festival announces spring events, pushes others into summer

The 74th annual North Carolina Azalea Festival announced Monday that it will still hold a number of events April 7-11 despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The majority of the festival's most popular events, however -- including the main stage concerts, the parade and the street fair -- will be pushed back until at least July and in some cases August, according to a news release issued by the festival.
