Joseph McFadden, Associate Professor in the Cornell Department of Animal Science, will host a new podcast, Ruminate on This (“Consumers have questions about the food they eat. Listening to Ruminate On This will help answer these questions.”)

The podcast is intended to help consumers learn more about the impact of animal production on food quality and healthfulness, the environment and animal well-being. The podcast’s first episode is coming soon.
