Birds can wreck havoc on a field of sweet corn and control methods are limited, especially for organic farmers. Now researchers at the University of Rhode Island are looking for some answers and they are starting with a survey of sweet corn growers across the nation. Since this could provide valuable information for North Carolina growers, too, I am posting a link to the survey here.
