 A local beekeeper is picking up the pieces after vandals busted all his beehives, essentially killing every single bee. Tom Parnelle has a small plot of land with crops and 15 beehives. It’s always locked when he’s not here, but he thinks someone cut a fence in the back, and for whatever reason, toppled all the beehives. “Come out here all the time checking on the crops, checking on the bees. Noticed all the hives were pushed down,” Parnelle said.
