Last week, Farmers’ Legal Action Group (FLAG) — a nonprofit law center that provides legal services to family farmers — published a new resource focused on changes in eligibility around the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program. CFAP is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) program that gives direct payments to farmers affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
