[cotton] EPA denies NC 24(c) labels for Engenia, Xtendimax, and Tavium

On March 15, 2021, EPA officially denied North Carolina 24(c) Special Local Need labels for Engenia, XtendiMax, and Tavium that would have moved the cut-off date for over-the-top applications of dicamba to July 31 for both cotton and soybean. With this rejection, the application cut-off dates in North Carolina would return to dates imposed by the federal labels for these products. These dates, which will now go into effect for North Carolina, are below.
