NC State University is interested in assessing the continuous impact of COVID-19 on vegetable and fruit farming operations for an ongoing research project, led by the Small Fruits Extension Specialist Dr. Mark Hoffmann (phone: 1.919.352.8006; email: mark.hoffmann@ncsu.edu). Our aim is to continue to understand the economic impact the COVID-19 pandemic has on farming and on you, especially over Fall and Winter 2020 (August-December 2020). The survey will take 5-8 minutes of your time, and it is absolutely anonymous and voluntary. All information will be handled confidential and only our team will have access to the data. The information we receive will help us to understand your needs and will improve the response of our Extension Service. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mark Hoffmann
